1. Quién ofrece la aplicación
Master Rugs Control (la "Aplicación") es una herramienta interna de Master Rugs Collections, S.A., RUC 155713930-2-2021 DV 2, con domicilio en Panamá Design Center (PDC), Costa del Este, Panamá ("Master Rugs"). La Aplicación es solo para uso interno de Master Rugs. No se vende ni se ofrece a terceros.
2. Quién puede usarla
Solo pueden usarla las personas que Master Rugs autorice expresamente. Conectar la Aplicación a QuickBooks Online lo hace un administrador de la cuenta de QuickBooks de Master Rugs.
3. Qué hace
La Aplicación se conecta a la cuenta de QuickBooks Online de Master Rugs mediante la autorización OAuth de Intuit. Solo lee datos: información de la empresa, la lista de productos y servicios (nombre, SKU, tipo, cantidades, precios y costos) y los reportes de valuación de inventario y ventas por producto. Su fin es comparar las cantidades de inventario con la tienda de Master Rugs. La Aplicación no crea, modifica ni elimina datos en QuickBooks.
4. Desconexión
Un administrador puede desconectar la Aplicación en cualquier momento, desde la propia Aplicación o desde QuickBooks Online (Apps / Integraciones). Al desconectarla se eliminan las credenciales de acceso guardadas.
5. Garantía y responsabilidad
La Aplicación se ofrece "tal cual", para uso interno, sin garantías de ningún tipo. En la medida permitida por la ley, Master Rugs no responde por daños derivados del uso de la Aplicación. Las decisiones contables y de inventario siguen siendo responsabilidad de las personas autorizadas.
6. Intuit
QuickBooks e Intuit son marcas de Intuit Inc. Intuit no es parte de este acuerdo y no respalda la Aplicación.
7. Ley aplicable
Este acuerdo se rige por las leyes de la República de Panamá.

1. Provider. Master Rugs Control (the "App") is an internal tool of Master Rugs Collections, S.A., RUC 155713930-2-2021 DV 2, Panamá Design Center (PDC), Costa del Este, Panama ("Master Rugs"). It is for Master Rugs' internal use only and is not sold or offered to third parties.
2. Users. Only people expressly authorized by Master Rugs may use it. Only an administrator of Master Rugs' QuickBooks account can connect it to QuickBooks Online.
3. What it does. The App connects to Master Rugs' QuickBooks Online company through Intuit OAuth. It only reads: company information, the products and services list (name, SKU, type, quantities, prices, costs), and the inventory valuation and sales-by-product reports. The purpose is to reconcile inventory quantities with Master Rugs' store. The App never creates, changes or deletes QuickBooks data.
4. Disconnecting. An administrator can disconnect the App at any time, from the App or from QuickBooks Online. Disconnecting deletes the stored access credentials.
5. Warranty and liability. The App is provided "as is" for internal use, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Master Rugs is not liable for damages arising from its use.
6. Intuit. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Intuit is not a party to this agreement and does not endorse the App.
7. Governing law. The laws of the Republic of Panama.
